Welcome

Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs and a self-paced online educational curriculum.  There are two clubs associated with UNC Chapel Hill, After Five Bell Tower and Bell Tower Toastmasters.  Both clubs are hybrid clubs. After Five Bell Tower Toastmasters meets on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on East Franklin Street.  For more information, visit their website:  http://afterfive.toastmastersclubs.org.

Bell Tower Toastmasters meets on Tuesdays from 12:00 to 1:00 pm on the UNC Campus.  Since the specific room varies, check out the website for more information: http://belltower.toastmastersclubs.org.

At our clubs, we practice business pitches, sales presentations, elevator speeches, class presentations, conference papers, defenses, proposals, technical talks, storytelling, job interviewing, and anything that will help you outside of Toastmasters.  We provide one-on-one mentoring to members so that the benefits of Toastmasters can be aligned with the individual member’s goals.
